Refund and Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

• Domestic: ALL UK and EUROPEAN ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH ROYAL MAIL

1-2 DAY DELIVERY IN THE UK HOWEVER WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO GET IT TO YOU BY THE NEXT DAY

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

and other European countries 3-7 days

• International:

NEXT DAY Delivery for orders before 3PM IN THE USA and after 3PM 1-2 day business days with DHL (depending on the state you are in) California is NEXT DAY

Rest Of The World 2-4 business days with DHL When Ordered before 3PM

All International Shipments are Subject to Import duties, this differs from country to country 

For The USA you do not need to pay duties fee's for products under $800

All Pre Orders placed will be shipped between the dates mentioned on the product page
1–2 day Royal Mail shipping only applies after the pre-order period, once the product is in stock.

REFUND

Due to hygiene purposes KAIYAA COSMETICS do not offer refunds. In case you receive a faulty item please email support@kaiyaacosmetics.com within 24 hours of the date you received the item. It will be your responsibility to pay for this return

Please note: Exchanges are only valid if the product seal has not been opened or removed. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the seal is broken, we are unable to process any exchanges or refunds. If the seal has been opened upon inspection, your request will be declined. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning any items from declined exchange

If the colour you’d like to exchange to, is not in stock you’ll have to wait up to 1-2 weeks for the restock 

All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.
