Due to hygiene purposes KAIYAA COSMETICS do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with an item , you may send it back to our warehouse and exchange the item that total the same price.
In case you receive a faulty item please email kaiyaacosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of the date you received the item. It will be your responsibility to pay for this return

What is your return policy?

Exchanges are only valid for damaged items not shade changes or dissatisfaction
For any replacements on damaged items or returned parcels due to customs not being declared/ incomplete / incorrect customer shipping addresses , would require an additional fee for shipping which will need to be paid for, before dispatch. An invoice will be sent by support@kaiyaacosmetics.com for the outstanding balance to be paid. Any parcels returned will be sent back to the customer as all sales are final. Shipping will still need to be paid for to receive the item
