Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:
• Canada, Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States: 6–12 business days
For Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are paid in advance and included in the shipping rate, so customers should not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that parcels may occasionally be held for inspection by local customs or authorities, which may result in minor delivery delays.
Warehouse Order Processing Schedule (Asian Time)
• Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Saturday: Half-day operation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Sunday: No order processing.
• Holiday schedules will be announced separately.
Refunds & Returns
* All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for beauty products.
* If you receive a damaged item, please email [support@kayacosmetics.com] within 3 days of delivery with photos and videos of the damage.
* Damaged items will be assessed by our team. If approved, a replacement may be issued.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning damaged items. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.
* Approved replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
* A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30–35 business days (carrier dependent). In such cases, a replacement order will be sent.
* For Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, our DDP shipping includes applicable import duties, taxes, and VAT. Customers should not be required to pay additional fees to receive their order. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other import charges determined by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
