When applying the glue to the lash please ensure you apply the lash while the glue is wet and White , just as soon as you apply the glue to the strip . Please ensure it’s not clear as it will not attach to the lash correctly .
How to Apply Your Lash Glue and Lashes Like a Pro
Prep Your Lashes: Gently remove the lash strip from the tray with an tweezer and measure against your lash line. Trim the ends if needed for a perfect fit.
Apply the Glue: Apply a generous, even layer of Kaiyaa Cosmetics Eyelash Glue along the lash band. Don’t be shy—a solid hold starts with enough glue!
Apply the Lash: Using tweezers or your fingers, place the lash strip as close to your natural lash line as possible. Gently press down from the center, then secure the corners
Let It Set
Disclaimer: This glue is not strong enough for swimming . Just tear and sweat proof .

Warehouse Order Processing Schedule (Asian Time)
• Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Saturday: Half-day operation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Sunday: No order processing.
• Holiday schedules will be announced separately.
Returns & Refunds
* All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for beauty products.
* If you receive a damaged item, please email [support@kayacosmetics.com]within 3 days of delivery with photos and videos of the damage.
* Damaged items will be assessed by our team. If approved, a replacement may be issued.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning damaged items. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.
* Approved replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
* A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30–35 business days (carrier dependent). In such cases, a replacement order will be sent.
* For Australia, Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, our DDP shipping includes applicable import duties, taxes, and VAT. Customers should not be required to pay additional fees to receive their order.
