Warehouse Order Processing Schedule (Asian Time)
• Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Saturday: Half-day operation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Sunday: No order processing.

Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for beauty products.
* If you receive a damaged item, please email [support@kayacosmetics.com] (support@kayacosmetics.com) within 3 days of delivery with photos and videos of the damage.
* Damaged items will be assessed by our team. If approved, a replacement may be issued.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning damaged items. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.
* Approved replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
* A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30–35 business days (carrier dependent). In such cases, a replacement order will be sent.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED — MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND POOR PERFORMANCE I am extremely disappointed with these products and the claims made about them. I purchased both the foundation and the powder because I was specifically assured that they were waterproof and sweatproof. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different from what I was promised. Within just ONE HOUR of wearing the products, my makeup was already out of place and had started breaking down. This was despite following the application steps correctly and using the foundation and powder as instructed. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I did not just purchase one product; I bought both the foundation and the powder. I would not have purchased these products if I had known they would perform this way. Customers deserve honest, transparent advertising and products that genuinely deliver on the claims being made about them. I would not recommend these products based on my experience.
Defenetly not a waterproof foundation. It meltdown on your skin after finishing your make-up. It stick inyo your cloth and others skin face when having contact with their face. Don’t like it at all.

It’s been two years since I last attempted to do my own makeup. After reaching out for a shade match, they recommended the perfect products for me, and I finally realized what was missing all this time. My makeup never looked the way I wanted it to until I started using their foundation (fudge) and setting powder (chocolate). I did my makeup around 7:30 PM and it lasted until 6:00 AM the next morning. I even tested it by pouring water on my face, and it held up incredibly well. The wear time and waterproof performance genuinely exceeded my expectations. These products completely changed my relationship with makeup and made me fall in love with it again. I only wish they offered even more products because I’d gladly give them all my money! They have something really special here, and I can’t recommend them enough.
It's difficult to give a 5 star review when I most likely chose the wrong shade. However there can be no doubt about the quality of the foundation. It works well with the powder which I absolutely love

I got the sample for the foundation in the shade hazelnut. I really didn’t have any expectations anyways I did a full face and went about my day, when I tell you the shade match was perfect also IT. DIDNT. MOVE! No creasing no separating NOTHING…safe to say I didn’t walk but I ran to get the full-size…
I wore the toffee foundation with the biscuit powder and wore it to work from 6:15a.m until 2:00p.m I work in a kitchen sweating from ovens and getting splashed in the face by washing dishes all day,.. without using primer or setting spray,my makeup did not move or separate. At the end of my shift I sprayed my face with a water hose it still did not move

I love the makeup it blends well. Was a little darker than my shade so I ordered a lighter shade wnd will use this shade for my contouring. Fast shipping as well only took 3 days but shipping was expensive .
