What started as a simple need makeup that actually stays put quickly turned into a full-blown mission. As a self-taught makeup artist, I was tired of setting powders and other makeup products that claimed to be waterproof but vanished the moment real life hit. So I created one that didn’t budge.

Shipping Policy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to names or addresses due to our courier system integration. Incorrect details may delay your delivery or cause your package to be returned.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend it.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Shipped via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is 1–2 business days, and we always aim for next-day delivery if you order before 2 PM. However not Guaranteed
- Saturday and Sunday delivery is only available for orders placed on Fridays.
Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday. - European Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days (excludes weekends). This is not Guaranteed and Some delays are expected
- International Estimated delivery: 5-7 working days (excludes weekends). This is Not Guaranteed and Some delays are expected
Pre-Orders:
All pre-orders will be shipped between the dates listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.
My package hasn't arrived, what should I do? (International Orders)
International Customers:
We ship your parcel using Royal Mail, but once it arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local courier. To track your parcel, please enter your tracking number on both the Royal Mail website and your local courier’s website.
If your parcel is delayed, it may be held at customs. Check the courier's site and click "continue tracking" to see if any customs or import fees are required. These rules vary by country and are outside of our control.
What is your return policy?
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Kaiyaa Cosmetics does not offer refunds.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please email support@kaiyaacosmetics.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered in the case of damaged products—not for shade changes or dissatisfaction.
Products can only be exchanged if:
- The Item is damaged
- unopened and intact.
- The Box is not ruined, is intact, does not look worn out and still in saleable condition
If the seal has been opened or removed, we cannot process your exchange. If a returned product has a broken seal, the exchange will be declined. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on declined exchanges.
Wrong Shade Sent:
If you received the incorrect shade, please keep both the product box and powder container so we can verify the correct shade.
We will then send you the correct one. Ensure to send us a picture of both the back of your powder and box, otherwise we will not be able to verify the wrong shade provided, correctly
Out of Stock Items:
If the replacement item (for damaged products only) is out of stock, you may need to wait 1–2 weeks for it to be restocked.
Returned Parcels (Due to Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Information):
You will be invoiced for additional shipping fees to have your item resent. An invoice will be sent from support@kaiyaacosmetics.com.
Orders will not be resent until this payment is received.

Our products do not contain any fragrances and yes our products are made for sensitive skin

Help With Glue
Why your glue may not hold
1. Your wig is too small/tight for your head so it keeps
sliding back.
2. When you are combing/styling your wig you are not
wearing your lace band. That is tension on the lace, it will
slide back.
3. You used too much oil in your hair/scalp before
installation.
4. Your lace was not clean from glue and product build-up
prior to install.
5. You are sleeping without your lace band protection
6. Your lace was glued too close to your hairline and not
enough skin. Some persons may have a low hairline or
hairy skin which cause the glue bond placement to
become very messy and not smooth enough for the lace to
hold as long as it could have. Persons with low hairline may
need to remove some of the excess hair for longer lasting
installs.
7. You did not use up to 3 or 4 layers.
8. You did not smooth out your glue and allow it to get clear

Why does glue turn white?
1-Do not use it when sweating or at high temperatures, as high temperatures will accelerate drying, resulting in uneven curing and whitening. Ensure the room is warm and cool enough
2- 24-48 hours after installation don't allow water to touch your lace so the glue can adhere into the lace properly.
3-Apply thin, even coats, letting each layer completely dry before adding more
4-Avoid premature shaping, use a band to secure it after it is completely transparent, use a cold hair dryer or air dry for best results
5-Products that change the color of the lace must wait until the glue is completely dry before using
once installed correctly wig can stay on 3-4 weeks
Yes, it will become transparent after drying. Use the next layer after it becomes completely transparent
This glue may not be able to hold up sauna and steam rooms as too hot, it might not work, because the chemical components might become unstable at high temperatures
