How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:
• Domestic: 1-2 business days with Royal Mail
• International: 5-7 business days with Royal Mail
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene purposes KAIYAA COSMETICS do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with an item , you may send it back to our warehouse and exchange the item that total the same price. In case you receive a faulty item please email kaiyaacosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of the date you received the item. It will be your responsibility to pay for this return
